The Apartment               

For your Roman holidays, or for a prolonged stay, I offer a luxury penthouse apartment in Rome Italy. It can also be occupied as Bed & breakfast. It has an independent entrance but can be connected to my private apartment downstairs through a winding staircase on the terrace (see pictures). For a weekly stay the rent is cheap for a city penthouse apartment. I recommend reading the guestbook for referrals and comments from previous guests. It is composed by a cozy double bedroom, living, corridor, kitchen and bath, not to mention the panoramic terrace for candle light dining or sun bathing

• Linen and towels, hair dryer and iron included,
• Pioneer Hi-fi system; Safe, Phone,
• Internet ADSL WI-FI connection for € 20 p/week.With your own Notebook ,
• Garage at 400 meter for Euro 10,00 per day,

The Location               

Close to historical center in quiet position and excellent public transport connections. The Coliseum is only 15 minutes drive. 6 bus lines round the corner and subway very close.

Tarifs               

Minimum stay one week; arrivals on Wedensdays or Saturdays. Weekly rate of Euro 500,00 for two persons, 560 for 3 and Euro 630 for 4. Taxes included. Supplement for Easter, All Saints and New Year. Deposit required.
